    • information when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, taste preferences, account settings, set preferences in Your Account, or otherwise provide information to us through our service or elsewhere.
    • We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Content Delivery

The quality of the display of the StageClip content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. HD, Ultra HD and HDR availability is subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD, Ultra HD and HDR, and not all payment plans allow you to receive content in all formats. Default playback settings on cellular networks exclude HD, Ultra HD and HDR content. The minimum connection speed for SD quality is 0.5 Mbps; however, we recommend a faster connection for improved video quality. A download speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive HD content (defined as a resolution of 720p or higher). You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges. The time it takes to begin watching StageClip content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the content you have selected and the configuration of your StaageClip ready device.

The StageClip software is developed by, or for, StageClip and is designed to enable viewing of StageClip content through StageClip ready devices.

Digital products

In the event that the products are damaged, defective or does not meet the description of the service you can notify us by email at talk@stageclip.com or telephone +44 (0)333 3403 474.  In these circumstances StageClip will look to replace or repair the product wherever possible.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. Please note that content delivery may be affected by a variety of factors sucha as your location, the bandwith available through and/or speed of your Internet connection.
